Job Description

Leading Cooperative of Brands Seeking Territory Managers:

Leading natural brands: Siete, Eating Evolved, Cappellos, Picnik, Thunderbird and Cocoburg have joined together to create the most exciting opportunity available today for a regional territory manager/merchandiser.  We are currently looking for Territory Managers in Austin, San Francisco and Denver+Boulder. Manage & Grow Key Accounts Across Trade Territory

  • Work closely with Sales Director of each Company to create a plan for the territory  
  • Build relationships and placement with existing retailers
  • Establish new chain, and independent, retail relationships
  • Manage merchandising across Natural, Conventional + Food Service retailers
  • Oversee broker execution and work with broker to fill voids
  • Make Phone Calls, Market Visits, Audits to support broker performance
  • Ensure execution of promotions and new product rollouts
  • Achieve secondary placements and blowout sets

Additional Programming

  • Ensure shelves are always well stocked especially leading into promos + demos
  • Help with new item paperwork and promo submissions where needed
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and consumer events
  • 80%+ local Travel
Job Requirements
  • Passion is a must to excel in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and travel extensively across the  trade territory (day trips only)
  • Established relationships and demonstrated success working with key retail accounts
  • Plug & Play– We are looking for somebody with 1+ year experience as a territory lead in the Natural Products Industry. Must demonstrate proven success with Whole Foods and/or other natural retailers
  • Strong Communication –Able to work as part of a team to manage and report on goals
  • Candidates must be based in or near to: Austin, TX / San Francisco Bay Area + Oakland, CA / Denver or Boulder, CO
