Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us manage our existing customers and expand our market share. You are the face of the company and will have the dedication, communication and presentation skills to create an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to boost sales and create and strengthen strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a quarterly and annual growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Research and identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company‚Äôs products to natural and conventional chains
  • Schedule presentations and meetings
  • Prepare sales contracts
  • Keep accurate records of sales and revenue
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work closely with regional brokers, reps and merchandisers
  • Collaborate with marketing team to improve product positioning

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and/or business development
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of both Natural and Conventional food industries
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
